ABOUT OUR PASSION

Husband and wife team Chris and Sharon, along with head hostess Louise are the heartbeat of the Windmill Restaurant and have been working together as restaurateurs for over 18 years.

 From their humble beginnings as owners of the Waterside Restaurant in Louth Lincolnshire back in 2007 they then purchased the beautiful location the Windmill Restaurant. Set in the quiet village of Burgh-Le-Marsh providing a perfect place to drink, dine and relax.

For over ten years now at the Windmill Restaurant they have been serving great locally sourced produce and producing fantastic mouth watering culinary delights all topped with fantastic service.

"We pride ourselves on producing high quality food from fresh local ingredients, all complemented with superb service, value, fine wines and Gin selection. All our meals are freshly prepared daily by Chris whilst I make all the mouth watering desserts and afternoon tea's."
